Apollo Customer Support

Apollo customers can access our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system via our Customer Portal. This web-based support service is provided by the best-of-breed software, Salesforce.com, which is available 24/7/365 and is fully integrated with contractually agreed Service Level Agreements:

  • Classifications and Priorities
  • Support Request and Follow-up Processing
  • Response Times and Response Processes

If you already have a user name and password, you can login to the portal by visiting the following link: https://support.aldata.com

If you do not yet have a portal login, but would like one, please click on either the USA or International email link below and include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Company name
  • Phone number
  • Products you are using, including version and platform
  • Any issues you are currently experiencing 

If you do not want a customer portal account, but wish to log a support ticket, you have the following options:
